  : I liked the staff, both at night and in the morning. Very helpful and polite.
  : The room and bathroom smelled quite bad, one of the beds was broken, the quality of the bedding was very bad and to top it all off, there was a room next door that was playing loud music all night and making a lot of noise as well. Despite all the negative things, I would recommend the place for solo travellers or friends but not for families. All and all, I didn't like it there but at the same time, I didn't feel bad. I was just a bit disappointed.

  : The bed was comfy and staff were friendly, you get what you pay for in terms of quality and space
  : As many people have said, the walls aren't as thick, so you can easily hear people walking past and talking outside your room. When the tram passes outside, you can easily hear that too and it even shakes the place a little bit, but you get used to that.However, at 6:30am I was woken up by what sounded like a couple arguing, I found this behaviour unacceptable as there is a 'quiet time' between 9pm to 8am, whether there is staff on duty at this hour I don't know, but if there is, I hope they can enforce this quiet time for the sake of others who are still trying to sleep.I was also disturbed that same morning by discovering a couple of bed bugs. Fortunately, when I notified the receptionist, she was quick to place me in another room. I only hope they do give each room a thorough clean after each guest to avoid this in the future
