  : It is right in the center, easy to find any bus/tram etc. Room was big enough, clean and comfortable. There are so many restaurants near the hotel. Stuff was very helpful, we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks a lot!
  : It was a little noisy to sleep, because of the bar in front of the hotel. But since we were very tired it wasnt a big problem

  : The hotel is very comfortable, with a good size room and bathroom, which was clean. The breakfast was nice with a variety of food. The location is very good it is only a one minute walk when you get off the 100 bus from the airport and it is also in the old town so you can walk everywhere.
  : It is so noisy. There is loud music playing every night until 4 am, which can be heard very well in the room. They even supply ear plugs for you. We requested to change rooms and the receptionist was not very helpful. She told us we were in the old town so the noise is expected. However, I have stayed in many hotelsinn old towns all over the world and never felt like I was in the bar whilst in my hotel toom. I would not book this hotel again. If it did not have the noise factor, then it would have been lovely.

  : the restaurant service wasn't so good. although it wasn't too busy it took very long time for the waiter to service us. in addition, we ordered chicken schnitzel, but there were little pieces of pork in the dish. Who does such a thing???

  : Most was good as expected. But We needed to chose between rooms with windows to the inner part of hotel (no fresh air from outside) to rooms to the street with outside bar music till late.

  : The room and the bathroom were clean, , but it lies in a brilliant location near the old city center. Staff are friendly and cooperative, check-in and out were very efficient.
  : room was a bit noisy when music is played on the street, gluten free bread needs to be ordered in advance and sometimes is not available at all.

  : The hotels location is great! 2 minute walk to restaurants/bars in old town. Public transport, shops, supermarkets, coffee shops all very close
  : I do think the room could have been cleaner and needs a little update. Broken screen in bathroom so water went all over the floor ( I did report to reception they said someone would come and look at it but nobody did), old rice cake behind the curtains, a little dusty and the coffee machine was disgusting . This hotel is on a very busy high road so it can get a little noisy on the weekend, but we did sleep okay.

  : The customer service was very good. Patric at the front desk is amazing! Patric was so friendly and welcoming and always had a nice smile on his face. He went out of his was to accommodate us and make sure that we were enjoying our stay at the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was clean. The rooms were a good size and the windows opened to let in a nice breeze. We had a lovely view of the mail square and were able to see the fountain light show on Saturday evening from out window. The location was great. Close walking to shops and restaurants. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel, which is convenient and they have a nice outdoor seating area. There is a drug store at the corner for anything you might need to buy that you may have forgot to pack and also a Starbucks just steps away.
  : The rooms on the front side of the hotel can be a little noisy at night.
