  : It had a cute old world charm to it. Loved the decor in the corridors with all the paintings and lighting.
  : 1. There was no lift. Had to drag heavy suitcases right to the top floor which was painful.2. Property is managed by staff at sister hotel 5 minutes walk away. There was no daily house keeping which was a bit if a shocker. And it was crazy embarrassing having to send a text to ask for toilet paper as we had run out. And ask for towels too after a few days.3. We were in the attic suite and there was a really weird and horrible smell, like rotting pipes or something and it was so bad it kept us awake all night. Had to send a text (again) to report this and they sent someone who cleaned up and sprayed something to disguise the smell.4, Breakfast was at the sister hotel and tried once. The selection was poor and not worth the effort.

  : There was no shelf in the shower to put toiletries. Bad smell from shower and bathroom. There were no slippers in the room.

  : Location - great. Comfy bed.
  : Initial received a room that wasnt well maintained, not a clean bathroom, but changed immediately when I called. It wasnt very warm, it was very cold outside, also improved when I told them. No change of towels in a week.
