  : Location is beautiful, we were nicely received by the check-in team. Rooms were cleaned daily with good air-conditioning. There was only one light in the room. If you like to read at night bring your e-book or a separate lamp to avoid having the room with full light.
  : Terrible service in the breakfast: employees with angry face not willing to help the guests. (with the exception of one employee who was new to the team, I hope he doesn't become like the other ones). They serve coffee with plastic or paper cups, I don't know why because they have plenty of ceramic cups. We wanted to have dinner there but after breakfast experience we gave up.

  : -Rooms with a view on the lake are just available for groups/families-no chance to get to interesting hikes without a car, the WhatsApp-group of the hostel didnt really help

  : I liked the place for the fire outside, the lake below, the room with the toys and books for the children, the big balcony outside the restaurant room. Also the staff was nice.
  : Bedroom had no lamps by the beds, doors to the balcony in the bedroom were not working properly, there was no chair in the bedroom, shower smelled like mould. Breakfast was not very good. swimming pool was full of bugs and the smaller one was not clean. The place looked a bit old and worn.

  : Great location and facilities with really friendly staff and lots to do on site and in the area. Amazingly spacious and comfortable room and a decent restaurant.

  : Best thing was proximity to the lake (or river) and the numerous options to go for outdoor activities.
  : Unfortunately, we don't understand the positive ratings:- Overall, the hotel looked run down and loveless.. It probably was nice a couple of years ago but it was obvious they were saving on renovations, decorations, or anything that would have made it look a bit nicer- They are calling themselves a 'hotel', though after the whole experience 'hostel' would probably be a more accurate term- Room was dark and moist, there was mold (?) in the shower. It was impossible to dry clothes, as it was too humid- There was a horrible fragrance dispenser under the bed. It caused us a sleepless first night as the smell was so intense. Upon searching we found a huge fragrance thing under the bed, the same one as is used in mens urinals...- They wouldn't give us extra towels to take them to the lake. Not even upon extra charge. Instead they told us to buy some at a supermarket, which is quite a waste of resources, given we couldn't use them afterwards- Breakfast was nothing special, their tap coffee tasted like instant coffee. One could order extra coffee from the machine but had to pay for it- The common kitchen was pretty messy, dirty and overcrowded. Things weren't cleaned up properly, pans/kitchen utensils/plates were greasy, floor was sticky and the bin usually overflowing. We had to clean everything prior using it and the sponge looked like it had been there for weeks- We never ate at the restaurant. Partly because people told us it's not worth the price, partly because there weren't really many meat-free or healthy options available- They are selling this 'nomadic, hippie-dippie lifestyle' on their social media and other online channels but we didn't feel any of those vibes- We booked a great tour through one of their operators, but it turned out we were weren't well equipped, as the hotel hasn't informed us properly. The tour operator has mentioned this frequently happens with guests from Selina
