  : Hotel is badly in need of a complete overhaul. Patching up in bathroom was of a quality one expects in Ouagadougou but not in Europe: caulking in different colours, paint on the crumbling door partly covering not just the wood but also the hinges and dripping, as if painted by a dyspractic five year old,

  : I will start with the good points of this hotel. ! Let it be known this is the first ever critical review i have felt the need to write. This hotel is in a beautiful setting almost over hanging the water . The staff that were there were lovely. The lack of staff was very annoying, reception unattended a good bit of our 2 night stay, no bar staff unless you took one of the poor waiting staff from the dining room. You are given a voucher for welcome drink, but we were unable to find anyone to give us one. The immediate grounds surrounding the premises were kept well but the end of the garden along the sea shore was a disgrace for a hotel if its standard, plastic bottles and rubbish strune everywhere. 30 minutes would clear it all up which would make such a difference and also show that the Pousada group cared about the environment!!!
