  : Wiew and the garden lovely, clean rooms and very good brekfast when you want (bt.8 and 10) to the room. We had a good time there

  : Such a great B&B! The rooms are distributed over three levels on the side of a hill, and looking over the most gorgeous vista. Our room was spacious, and quite comfortable for three. The bathroom is large too.Breakfast was served on the terrace outside our room. It's a simple breakfast, elevated by an absolutely gorgeous view.The location is pretty good - it's a 10 minute walk up a steep slope to the centre of Sintra.And finally, 10/10 to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The two ladies at the reception were great, from offering restaurant and activity recommendations to booking us a cab every time we didn't want to climb up the hill to the centre of town. Thank you for a lovely stay!

  : Ground floor room as requested. The fact there was a fridge in the room. The table and chairs in the room were welcome. The fact there is off road parking, even if it is a struggle to find it.
  : The fact that there is an extortionate charge for check in if you arrive after 18.30, which fortunately we didnt pay as we arrived just in time. We also really struggled to find this place - roads all dug up, tiny sign on a wall, no way of knowing the parking is further up the road. We didnt find the staff member checking us in either friendly, helpful or efficient. Initially all he was bothered about was extracting the tourist tax from us. We were concerned about getting our car off the road, which is quite narrow, before it got hit. The room was ground floor, which was fine, but it was very dark. It was also near the pool and had the weather been warmer, it would have been potentially a high traffic area. As it was there were 2 vents in the door which we had to block with tissue to try and stop some of the noise coming in from outside. There was also a step up to the tiny bathroom which was a trip hazard. The property is a good walk into Sintra and driving into Sintra isnt really an option.
