  : We only stayed one night but in terms of comfort it is excellent. The bed is super comfortable, the facilities are basic but if you only plan to stay for 2/3 days it's a 10/10.They have a shower, ameneties, heating, a TV and the area where it is located is very quiet. We liked it a lot, especially the price-quality ratio is very, very good
  : Parking is very difficult to find but that's the case throughout the historic area of Sintra. They have 3 parking slots next to the hotel and that's it.

  : Great stay in a beautiful suite with views on Sintra forest. Though the suite finition may be a little dated, it is very comfortable, quiet and beautiful. Unfortunately wifi did not work but we did not mind at all as this was an opportunity to rest and refresh. Staff is lovely and incredibly helpful. Thank you for everything.

  : easy walking distance, staff that you dealwith in high end hotel when checking in were great, but Casa do Orco is attached to hotel but I dont think its there main priority, I.e. maintenance and cleanliness. The area is definitely quiet but then Sintra the town shuts down by 8 pm anyways
  : pictures I saw online were not what I got, first off I was checked into the wrong room, then moved and given a big room which was fine but the furniture was old and dirty looking, the whole space just felt dirty and definitely needs some upgrades for the prices theyre charging. Been travelling for two months and Ive stayed in better hostels

  : Great location 2 blocks from Sintra City Palace in the city center. Spacious apartment with in-room refrigerator. Large shared kitchen with microwave, refrigerator/freezer, stove and sink. Bedroom was quiet during sleeping hours.
  : Front door to house sticks on floor when opening and key is old-fashioned and tricky. Door to bathroom sticks on the floor when opening and bedroom door squeaks. There are NO pots or pans in the kitchen, so no way to use the stovetop, and NO bowls to use in the microwave, rendering it quite unusable.

  : Location is superb, our room was upgraded by the most helpful reception person, the house is very beautiful and well maintained, has a certain charm. Room and bathroom were clean and bright and we also had good breakfast at the hotel next to us (that is hosting the Casa do Arco property).

  : Really friendly staff who were very accommodating when I needed a place to sit and do some work prior to checkin. And such an easy walk to the central area of Sintra and all the restaurants. PLUS only 5 min walk to the Quinta da Regaleira.

  : Was a really lovely surprise! The staff were so welcoming. Beautiful old building with fantastic views (including the ocean!). So convenient for Sintra. Fabulous breakfast! Slept so well / very comfy beds! Very clean! Parking!

  : The breakfast at the hotel was superb. Beautiful dining room, looking out into the garden and forest. The bed was very comfortable. I love listening to the crickets on this quiet street.
