  : The location is perfect in the hearth of Av, Luisa Todi. The room had a nice city view.
  : Our check-in experience was rather awkward. We arrived at 4:30 PM, and for about 10 minutes, the two receptionists were silently trying to assign us a room without acknowledging us. Eventually, we received basic information about our room and the breakfast location, but we had to choose a specific time slot for breakfast the next day, which felt inconvenient. Our room was at the end of the hallway near the exit doors labeled as a machinery room, and at night, we could hear the noise from the machines. The room itself was quite small and didn't match the expectations set by the pictures on the website. Additionally, we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms. The bathroom was a decent size, but the hairdryer didnt work. Taking a shower was frustrating because the water temperature fluctuated between very hot and cold, making it uncomfortable. The towels provided were also too small. Breakfast was nothing special, and we noticed that the waitstaff were often distracted by their phones. It appears that the hotel relies heavily on interns to fill positions, and they clearly need more training and guidance from experienced colleagues to improve the overall guest experience

  : Great location we were on the 5th floor so we had a great view looking at the see a park and busy city
  : Showers I think because we were on the top floor the shower water is very slow and some time comes really hot or cold so just didnt enjoy my showers
