  : It's a cute little cottage in a beautiful area with an amazing view. Joana was very helpful and kind. A welcome bottle of vine was a very nice surprise.
  : A small bathroom with an even smaller shower. There are some unnecessary things which are stored in the property and taking already limited space.

  : Cute and cozy cottage. Except for a washing machine it has everything you might need. It's a bit remote and you have quite a distance to the next grocery, but if you travel by car it's not a problem at all. The good thing is that it's very quiet. And the landscape is breathtaking!
  : During strong storm and rain I had water dropping from the ceiling right into my bed. But I have to admit that it was really extreme weather that night. On other rainy days I didn't have that problem. During that one night I pushed the bed into the corner where it stayed dry. Internet was a bit of a hassle, but they are working on a solution. The shower is very small. If you are a big person it will become a challenge. Bring your elbow protectors. Just be aware that during rainy and/or stormy weather there are quite a few mudslides and falling rocks in the area.

  : View from the upstairs is amazing Private garden with an amazing view around The rooster comes to the doorstep every morning asking for food and sings - was so funny
  : The house is quite old and there are some places where mildew appears and the smell is not so pleasant The road to get to this cottage is a bit tricky so is narrow and steep (need to reverse to park at the cottage parking space)

  : Overall we liked it a lot. If you're expecting luxury, please don't bother. What the perfect cottage offers is a unique vibe of serenity and reclusion. A great place to go to after a day spent in tourist packed spots of Madeira. Surrounded by surreal green very tall cliffs will be a great place to unwind and feel truly alone. Highly recommended by us .And the everpresent chickens are a great touch.
  : The mountain view was obscured by high growing bushes. And the bathroom could be a bit bigger

  : The view across the valley was lovely, especially for a sunny breakfast. The house was small but very cosy.
  : The driveway was tricky to get into, which obviously can't be helped. We ended up parking at the top of the road.
