  : The room was really clean, nice, and modern-looking. Location is okay too! The facilities inside the room are working great.The room we got is overlooking the pool and garden on the ground floor. It has a space outside where you can hangout (which would be nice on warmer months).
  : It took me quite some time to go inside the room as the code given wasn't working. It's quite difficult to find at first who to contact, but I managed to find an info with number on the wall. The whatsapp message and calls weren't answered so had to do an overseas call (from UK to Portugal) just for me to speak to someone who can sort out the room code.The pool is also not that clean when we arrived. But given it was February, it's still cold to swim anyway even if the pool was clean.

  : The bed, the small kitchen, the location, the access without any key, the cleanness.
  : Some things were broken (door handles)

  : Comfy bed and nice that a travel cot had been put in for our baby.
  : Only one tiny bin in the bathroom which was not emptied in the four nights we were there. I sent a message asking when the bin would be emptied and was told every three days but even that didnt happen. The bin was not even big enough for 1 days worth of rubbish so we had to find a public bin to empty it into every day. Was told towels would be replaced every three days too but this also didnt happen and there was nowhere to dry them to just had to use wet towels the whole time. No natural light in room as the one window was onto the street but blocked by buildings and a blind was needed for privacy. There was a kettle but only 2 teabags and no coffee or milk so we couldnt use that either.

  : Location was excellent and the place was clean. Appreciated the functional kitchen, plates and silverware.
  : Not having entry instructions before our day of arrival was a concern. It worked out ok but caused some anxiety. There were no sheets or blankets in the apartment for the second bed (a converted sofa). Called the number provided and got sheets in cupboard downstairs. Had to provide my own sleeping bag for warmth.
