  : The man responsible for the reservation was incredibly rude. It's not my fault he doesn't speak English. While the inability to withdraw the fee from the card was entirely due to this, he said in an ugly manner that the transaction was becoming very disturbing and suggested that I cancel it. There was a smell inside due to humidity. windows do not block noise

  : Room was clean and comfortable, with good amenities. Central location.
  : Our room was the closest to the main door, which was very noisy. It had a bad sound isolation so we could hear traffic from the outside, and people coming into the apartment. Also, the A/C was disabled or broken, so the room was very cold. Overall it was not a pleasant experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

  : The location is very good, right in the front of the Casa da Musica. An old Portuguese building where you can feel the vibe of the city
  : Apartment number 3 needs a little renovation and more precious cleaning. White walls and carpet with numerous stains, dust on windows and window sills, fungus in the shower and broken toilet paper holder which is spinning all the time thats why the papier always falling down. At the last night couple of tourists were trying to open the door of ours apartment with their code from other apartment and the door were opened (it was stressful, please manage it, because it also can happened while tourists are sleeping). And also the street outside the apartment is under reconstruction right now, it was a little bit hard to get to the apartment through the sand under the feet with a big suitcase. But the work is doing quick, so maybe the next guests will enjoy the pleasant new road and pavement.

  : apartment is in good location, inside was clean.
  : The area outside the apartment was undergoing road construction during my stay in Boavista from April 18th to 20th. This was disruptive, as it affected my ability to sleep and maneuver with my luggage. It would have been helpful if the host had informed me about this situation prior to my trip. Unfortunately, I did not receive any such notification, which I find disappointing.
