  : We liked the room, the views from the balcony, facilities the food was delicious, but mostly the same every day. The best thing was that the hotel is next to beautiful beach. We just loved that.
  : The entertainment team was very quiet, you can see them around, but apart bingos, some table games, kids club during the day and stretch in the morning not much happened..

  : Apartment ocean view with balcony, comfy beds, housekeeping was great, fridge in the room, service was excellent, direct access to the beach, great location 50 min. from Faro airport by car, food- tasty cakes and desserts, good variety meals and drinks.
  : Apartment -Poor sound insulation, bathroom- ventilation not working, limescale in bathtub. We missed- iron, place for drying clothes. If you have fear of hights, 11th floor or higher is not reccomended:)

  : The beach nearby the hotel is very nice. The room was clean and had a very nice view of the beach.
  : The staff seems to hate the job. Most of times to get something to drink in the restaurant during the lunch or dinner you have to go after someone. There are a lot of options for the food but it is not good. Even in the italian restaurant that you have to book in advance, the food is not good and wines and drinks are the same offered in the regular restaurant. They say you have to book in advance but when we were there, 2 guests were insisting to access the restaurant without reservation. They insisted and the employee let them access the restaurante, so it seems this way also works in case you don't book. One day a guest had a heart attack (or something else) in the pool area. The main point here is that there was no one in the staff that was able to help or act in this situation. They seem to be even more scared than the guests. In the end he was assisted by other guests that provided first aid and gave him a heart massage. It was asked for a defibrillator which the hotel didn't have.
