  : Excellent location , quiet , food was good quality & healthy
  : Very basic rooms, bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable, the pool and pool area was very small, and unkept looking with lots of weeds etc growing up through the paths.

  : The staff was responsive and helpful. Great big white sandy beach in front of hotel.
  : The decor is a little outdated but was okay. Unfortunately hotel allowed smoking outside restaurant covered patio and around pool area despite hotel claiming to be smoke free.

  : The cleanliness of the hotel. Lovely big room. Very close to the beach so hearing the waves was lovely.
  : Some of the staff did not appear very friendly. They would not look at you or acknowledge you if you were standing at the bar. Having to pick times when you have to eat breakfast / dinner when you are on holiday is bizarre...

  : Location superb, clean comfortable and friendly staff.
  : The food was a slight let down never really hot only Luke warm at best but was all cooked fully. Also a bit of a strange mix on offer for example delicious meatballs but not a bit of pasta in sight to go with it which I found a bit odd, and on our last evening two types of pasta but nothing really suited to go with it, so you had to sometimes have some strange combinations. At breakfast only side plate size plates on offer so almost impossible to fit an English style breakfast on it especially with one of their huge and delicious tomatoes. Was also very quiet which is good for sleeping obviously but not much atmosphere, didnt bother us too much as we were out and about most of the time.

  : Didnt like that there was no separate machine to dispense hot water for tea. This came from the same machine that dispensed coffee therefore there was always drops of coffee in the hot water. Also there was no tea or coffee available at the buffet at dinner time

  : The hotel is nice and clean, rooms are spacious and fairly up to date. Food is nice but not very hot at all. Reception staff are happy aswell as a few waiting staff but the rest really arent happy at all.

  : The location and private beach looked nice. We did not use because we found ants all over the room after one hour of arrival.

  : The room and view were great, the hotel is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and beach access, it was so easy to walk down to the boardwalk on the beach and we wish we'd stayed longer in the area. Street parking only but we found a spot easily. Staff on site were very nice and helpful
  : We feel this may have been a tad more touristy than we originally thought and that we could have found other hotels with the same location and access but better value and authenticity. We did not feel the dinner was high quality/worth it. Felt a bit like a tourist trap to be honest. We regretted not eating out when we had been exploring the area, since the few appetizers we had out were cheap and much tastier than the hotel buffet. The food in this area is amazing, the food at the buffet was just good.We got a message two days before our check-in saying we would not have the room with a view we reserved and they would give us a complimentary bottle of wine for the inconvenience. Given the price of wine, the price of the room, and that we booked this room months ago, we did not feel that was commiserate. We pushed back and were told they "would do their best". We ultimately got a view but it was a stressful experience and soured our perception a bit. We never did get a bottle of wine for that or any recognition that this happened once we were there.The room had two individual beds put together rather than a queen or double. We felt we could not bring this up or request a change because there was a sign saying they charge an admin fee if you ask for a different room.
