INATEL Oeiras

Wonderful

: The room with a sea view-amazing! And breakfast was very good too! Beautiful place!

Pleasant
Traveller Type: Business Traveler
: Room was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. Room was quiet, bathroom had a good shower. TV worked and bed was clean and comfortable.
: Wifi went down 15 minutes after I checked in and was completely out for 2 days. Cell phone signal in the room was also poor. Would be nice to have a water kettle in the room to make coffee and tea. The breakfast was good, but the lunch buffet was too limited for the price.

Good

: the location is amazing, the newly refurbished room looked sleek
: check in took a long time, the childrens playground was closed

Fair

: The location is just amazing!
: 1. No Wi-Fi in the hotel at all!The first surprise was when during the check-in process, we noticed a paper in which was stated that there is a wi-fi connection at the reception and in the restaurant. The second surprise was that there were no wi-fi nowhere! The signal was present at the stated locations, but there was no Internet connection! We went to a workation and were supposed to work from the hotel It was a very unpleasant experience to work 3 days with video-calls with a mobile Internet(((2. Personnel at the reception doesnt know English! Maybe we were so lucky and it was such a shift, but still - there were a lot of international tourists in the hotel and its quite weird when staff doesnt speak English well enough to process with check-in/check-out smoothly and explain the necessary information 3. A shower was clogged and a daily routine was kinda challenging - you need to start/stop water to wait for water goes away((In addition, there were no grids in a sink and a bidet, so you need to be very careful in order not to drop any of your stuff in a sink hole (we didnt succeed in that)

Poor
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : The location
: Poorly maintained, old rooms with mold on walls. There was nothing available for us as guests besides breakfast, receptionist could barely communicate in English, we got sea view room but the view was completely hidden with a huge tree right in front. Playground closed (looks like from a scary movie & built in 70), uncomfortable beds, bathrooms with mold on ceiling, paths around the garden (poorly maintained) and garden itself poorly maintained. Overall, looks like a camping site with price of a hotel. 1/10

Disappointing
Traveller Type: Business Traveler
: Location is good, but thats the only advantage
: Beds are worn out and extremely uncomfortable. Not flexibility for the breakfast!Breakfast is served only from 8:00, which is very inconvenient, moreover when asked to provide and early breakfast package, it was not accepted nor discussed. Very disappointing!
