  : Everything was great with the staff and the check in. I was allowed early check in. My room was supposedly upgraded to a balcony view. this was acceptable.
  : the only thing is that the room had no heating and the shower was not working as it should be. There was dated furniture especially caprpets in the room.

  : The hotel looked a bit dated but the room was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Staff was attentive and helpful. Very happy for us to change room as we were not very happy with the first one given. The shower was very good and we were very happy there. Location was good with easy access to main roads and to Porto.
  : Nothing really major just the parking was a bit small when it was busy there was no-where to park. But we managed it albeit a bit further away than ideal.

  : I did like the breakfast, which I had 2 slices of bread, 2 slices of ham and cheese and a coffee.I did like the Wi-Fi even tho was not very stable but still was able to connect and get all the information I needed as the staff was no where to be seen.
  : I didn't like the fact I had to wait for 40 minutes (me and another gentleman) for the receptionist to turn up, eventually she turned up without any apologies.I didn't like to find out at the reception that the Hotel located in a motorway didn't have any food at all either snacks or proper meals, apparently they only serve food from Monday to Friday. There was a vending machine of chocolates and drinks, that's all you can get if you planning to stay for the weekend.I didn't like the cold water tap in my room wasn't wroking, gladly the hot tap wasn't too hot. Despiste having the Air Con broken I have been supplied a electric heater.I didn't like to see an empty fridge that looks like someone just left it there to look better, even tho you could see from the entrance that fridge wasn't even plugged in (I understand without anything inside no point being connected, but if not being used why does the room has the fridge then? Decoration?)I didn't like when I came back downstairs to get a recommendation where could be the closest place to eat but after my check-in I couldn't see the lady from the reception until the morning after.I didn't like the bar was with the lights off and there was a person sat watching the futebol (same person who called the receptionist when I was waiting) so I'm assuming his the person behind the bar, no uniform, just casual clothes and couldn't tell if was a customer or a staff. I didn't like the woman singing opera on the ground floor far end of the hotel for about 3 hours, wasn't sure if was a customer or someone just practising in a hotel room.

  : No parking available. Very noisy. Cleaning lady wanted to clean while the busy paper was on the door. Very frustrating experience.
