: Loved the location and the layout. Excellent rooms and wonderful towels and facilities.
: It is so well done and pretty with amazingly accommodating staff. However the beds need an update. They did the trick but honestly need new beds.

: Breakfast & staff great. Location close to train/bus station, easy to walk to sites. Lots of good restaurants near the Hotel.
: Room was next to tourist Elevator outside of the Hotel so the room was too noisy.

: Fresh, Scandinavian style remodel in central Chiado zone of Lisbon. Beautiful big windows, high ceilings. Small but adequate elevator (does not reach 5th floor where reception & breakfast lounge is located..must walk up stairs)
: Extremely noisy at night due to street noise & people well into night. Impossible to have windows open at night. Earplugs are provided in room.

: Excellent location for anyone visiting Lisbon for the first time! We had never been and were able to walk everywhere while staying at this hotel. compact but comfortable rooms, extremely clean. Modern room, bathroom and wooden flooring.

: The hotel was in a great location; near everything in the old town. We had a corner room that was a nice size by European standards. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of foods and fresh fruit. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.
: The noise! I read reviews before booking that the rooms were well insulated from the street noise. This, however, was not really the case. If you wanted to go to bed before 11pm, forget it. Thank goodness Lisbon has a law that the street bars/restaurants must shut down at that hour. The traffic also starts to diminish around that time so sleep was possible. However, on our 3rd night there, there was a partying group of friends saying a very long and loud goodbye on the street corner below our room (and many others ). It was 12:30am and pretty annoying. I'd stay in a quieter area or side street next time.
