LovelyStay - Principe Real: modern and comfort!

  : Location and not much else.
  : There are many words I could use to describe LovelyStay, ''lovely'' is not one of them. Firstly on the day of arrival, the agency continuously refused to give the code and then at the very end said that we needed to pay an additional 20 euros (in tourist/city tax) if we wanted to get the code for the apartment, even though we had already paid the full amount via booking.com, we felt like we were been held to ransom. Secondly, as noted by other people, the apartment is not 80 sqm, it is maximum 35 sqm, booking.com should stop advertising as 80 sqm as this is clearly not the case: unless they also include the back yard/common areas as well in the calculation. Even the multiple mirrors in the apartment don't make it look like 80 sqm. The apartment also has weird door system. The designer obviously took inspiration from star trek as all the doors are sliding doors, including the one to the toilet which doesn't close fully meaning that whoever else is in the apartment can hear everything that is going on inside. Moreover, given that they have installed a miniature water heater, when taking a shower you have around 4 minutes of hot water, meaning that if there are two people you have to limit shower time to two minutes, or a shower together which is not given the size of the shower. The apartment is also quite dark, the bedroom window is almost completely covered by a tree outside, meaning that there is hardly any natural light in the bedroom. The lighting system in the apartment doesn't really help, whoever designed the apartment thought it would be a good idea to install 15 light switches in each room. Also, the bedsheet/towels provided looked very old and tired. Finally, the door to the building was always open, meaning that anyone from the street could have walked in, therefore it didn't feel entirely safe.

  : Overall Accessibility to the town , very near Restaurants , Supermarkets Cafes , Bars although the area is in general hilly , the apartment provides all the basic needs for your stay .. i
  : Up the hill position of the apartment but it is a nice and fairly. Confortable apartment that makes up the access difficulty .. after a-day or so you are already used to it
