  : The host is really nice and the apartment is well distributed and equipped. The location of the apartment is really good in Alfama, I could walk to a lot of places from there and the neighborhood has a lot of life. The host was really helpful for flexible arrival time.
  : The construction is old, therefore the floor is wooden and you can listen all the steps from the people staying above you. I know is not in the properties control but the people were really loud and we had a lot of trouble resting. We had a problem with the hot water because it did not worked one of the days of our stay, but after Susana solved it.

  : the location. Nice communication with the owner until checkin.
  : To be honest .. from 3 nights i could not sleep 2 nights because the whole house gives noises. we was in the second floor and below was a couple which was talking whole night and above us the guests where going arround whole night. The problem is, that the building is very old and you can hear EVERYTHING what happend inside. Also the bed was given a lot of noise and even the chairs gave noise. if you have a partner which whish to sleep a little bit longer than good luck for your relationship ;-)In the last day i was asking the owner if we can let the bags but i havent received an answer, no yes and not a no. Until a roomcleaner came and kick us out (but in a friendly way) .. the room cleaner gave us a Tip that we can place the bags in the train station which is maybe 10 minutes per walk, that was great. All in one i would not rent this appartment anymore which doesnt matter because i think its always occupated and as long other guests are happy, then i am also happy for them. But for me .. every step you do, you can hear, because the floor gives also noise.

  : Great location, right in the thick of it in Alfama. Everything you could need to a trip where you a likely out all day. Comfy beds and clean in the main part.
  : The kitchen and bathroom are quite tired, that kind of thing doesn't bother me, but it might bother some. The floors are all wooden, including the ones in the apartment above which is lovely but not so great if your neighbours are heavy footed.
