  : Racketeering ! I booked this accommodation for 6 nights (from the 4th may to the 10th). I made the reservation in January, and payment was automatically done 5 days before departure. No problem until now Though, 2 days before departure, I received an e-mail from them (GuestReady - Cozy Estefnia Apartment - An Artists corner!) with title Urgent summoning me to confirm my time of arrival... As a matter of fact, after clicking the link, you understand that it is not only about arrival time...indeed, you have to fill a long form with a lot of mandatory inputs asking for personal data; names, addresses, dates of birth, places of birth, passports numbers, flight number, time of arrival, etc etc for every person staying in the apartment After unanswered sms and e-mail, I had someone on the phone telling me that it was a procedure in all Portugal, and that if I refused to obey... I would loose my money and would not get the key to enter the apartment... First thing ; the procedure argument is a lie : other friends traveling with us in other hotels at the same time haven't heard about all this. Second ; I think people should be aware that they will be subject to this sneaky procedure. It is not a way to treat clients and tourists. My family had the feeling they have been taken into hostage, and we had of course no other choice than obey. Moreover, sheets were not clean (stains), washing machine was not working, towels are humid, and I never saw anyone Bad !

  : We dont like it.
  : Very dissatisfied, disappointed. Stayed there for 3 days but we didnt have any hot water for shower and I have one daughter is very affected for her without hot water. Rubbish. Not recommend for everyone.

  : Clean, spacious apartment with large kitchen. Unit is set back off quite street and was very peaceful. About a 20 minute walk down Rua de Palma to Rossio and Baixa area. Metro stations nearby.
  : Walk in from street may appear a bit sketchy at first but its fine. Unit is set back off street with a couple other units which makes it nicely quite and secluded in otherwise noisy Lisbon. Didnt have to use sleeper sofa. Not sure unit had working AC but not need on our stay.
