  : The size of the apartment is big enough to have a family of four people comfortably accommodated.
  : We couldn't access the balcony from the living room as the window shades were half way down. We have highlighted this defect to the host company on the first day after arrival, but they didn't bother contacting us for any compensation during the week while we stayed there.

  : The apartment is in a great location a little way away from the bustle of the city centre, but easily accessible by the (iconic) no 28 tram. It is spacious and comfortable and in a quiet area. The restaurant "Senhor Uva" next door is exceptional.
  : The booking agency is not great. Despite giving advanced warning of arrival before leaving Lisbon airport and receiving a promise we would be met at the property, we had to wait 30 minutes and make repeated calls until someone eventually showed up. The shutters in the living room were broken, which meant the room was dark for the entirety of our trip and the only way to access the balcony was through one of the bedrooms. We were promised this would be fixed but four days later when we left, no action had been taken. Finally, nobody expects to travel with basics like washing up liquid, tea towels, or even a few cleaning cloths, but none of these were provided in the property.

  : Excellent location. Beautiful, spacious flat. Quiet part of town. Amazing terrace.
  : Wifi kept dropping in and out, even close to the router, so wouldn't recommend this if you're going to be needing the Wifi to be reliable (e.g. work calls, Netflix) Not particuarly well cleaned on arrival - luckily it had a hoover so I cleaned as soon as I arrived. No clear instructions on where to put full bins. A little stingy on bin liners, toilet paper and cleaning products (1 bin liner for recycling, 1 for all other garbage, and 4 toilet rolls for 2.5 weeks' stay). I know this is totally optional but a) at the price that we paid, I would've expected better and b) I believe offering these things helps guests maintain a cleaner space and therefore helps guests. cleaners and the owners / letting agency in the long-run.
