  : The location, the arrangement of the flat is interesting and the furniture ok, a great view from one of the bedrooms; good jogging to the 5th floor with no elevator
  : 1. ZERO communication with the agency renting it out; tried to speak to them through email and booking for weeks before arrival and no response at all !!! 2. THE KEYS HAVE TO BE PICKED UP IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION OR IF YOU ARRIVE IN THE EVENING YOU PAY 20-30 EURO EXTRA! that's really unfair, especially when you land at night/ are super tired after the flight. 3. bath is ugly, pressure of water very low 4. bad smell in the stairway (people leave there waste and nobody seems to take it out)

  : The location of the apartment is great; lots of restaurants very close by. Nice living area, comfortable beds and toiletries provided.
  : No wifi for most of our visit. Problem was the modem which is under a bed!!! - easy to reset if you could find it. Some lamps didn't have bulbs. Not nearly enough toilet roll for 4 people for 4 nights. Letting agent supplies "enough for first night"!

  : Nice view.
  : No Wifi. Cold shower. They said to us it was the 3rd floor but it was actually floor 6. No elevators. There was a spider in one of the beds as well when we moved the pillow.

  : The location of key collection is far from apartment. We had to take a taxi to collect the key. This information should be available before the booking. The temperature of shower was low, it was almost water. It shall be repaired. We caught a cold, unfortunately...

  : Location it's great. Very clean. Agency's employee was very polite.
  : Internet was down and they offered to fix it, but unfortunately we couldn't stay at the place to receive the technician. It's on the 4th level from the street level, and only accessible thru stairs. Not friendly for elder people or kids.

  : Here is the reason for my poor review. Inside the apartment is as described BUT the description does not advise potential guests that it is on the third floor, with no lift and a total of SIXTY FOUR (64) stairs to climb up. And the stairs are not easy. They are wide enough but in places the treads are narrow and frankly, dangerous if you dont take care. The stairs are mentioned in some, but not all, of the guest reviews - I confess that I didnt read all thirty six of them before booking but I have since done so. I do not blame myself for booking this apartment, I blame the agents - Homing - for this omission and I believe it is intentional. In the UK we call this sharp practice - a deliberate attempt to mislead people. We are middle aged and I have had a serious operation on my back. The need to climb this many stairs ruined our trip because we could only climb up once per day. When we left in the morning, that was it, we were out for the whole day forced to have an early dinner and head back to the apartment after ten or twelve hours on the go unable to take a break in our accommodation or freshen up for the evening. I have emailed Homing twice asking them to update the property information. I know it is difficult to find a lift installed in an old buildings but Homing should at least put this in the Important Information section. They have not replied to my emails which only reinforces my view that they really do not care to provide ALL necessary information. As I said at the beginning, the apartment is otherwise as described. It could do with a new bathroom and kitchen but that did not bother us too much. Also the beds are extremely hard as noted by other guests.

  : We only had very cold water, there is no equipment in the flat (sponge, dishwasher tablet, kitchen equipment).And you need to go in other way of the city to grab the keys
