  : The host was an 75 mins late in getting the keys to us,we had to stand around waiting,not much fun as we have been travelling since 6.30am, when he did finally arrive,he was full of apologies and showed us his work load which was impossible and unrealistic to carry out.The previous tenants were still in the apartment,saying they had arranged an extended leaving time, but the office had not informed the host,so we had to go and walk around until they left.when we finally got in, 10 minutes later the cleaners arrived so we had to put up with the cleaners for another 2 hours.Not much fun as I was in Lisbon for a heart operation, we are both in our mid seventies, with all this going on put quite a bit of stress on both of us.The bathroom stank of sewage , we had to shut the door at all times with towel laid across the bottom of the door to stop the smell getting into the apartment.
