  : Staff was not friendly, almost seemed like afraid to greet or talk nicely to guests.Breakfast at a 5* hotel doesnt look anything like what we had today. Lack of variety, and to make the experience better, we were kindly expelled at 11am because they had to clean for lunch time. What?The carpet choice in the whole room area would be great, if it wasnt full of stains. What pissed us off the most, was that we paid extra for a room with river view, but this came with a little side note we were not aware (or warned) of: theres a wooden bridge right in front, that makes an annoying and loud noise everytime a car passes. No way we could sleep with an open window, or even relax at the balcony. We reserved the hotel specially to enjoy the pool, unfortunately due to a technical problem, the pool wasnt working. No alternative was given except to the interior pool, with 26C and a beautiful sunny day.

  : Let's start with the positives. Our room was very nice. It was spacious, elegantly decorated, and had amazing views. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the room.
  : When we first arrived at the room, we realised that the amenities provided were already opened (eg. open water bottle). When we had questions or requested assistance, the staff's responses were curt and unenthusiastic, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. It was clear that there was a lack of genuine interest in ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The lack of a personal touch and warm hospitality was especially evident in contrast to the otherwise luxurious surroundings of the hotel.
