  : Hotel was clean and modern. Staff at the front desk were helpful.
  : There was no A/C or fridge in the room. There was work being done in the hall just outside my room--and I had requested a quiet room.

  : I loved that the staff was helpful and even hand out a map. This was really useful and also gave restaurant recommendations which made our lives easier. I enjoyed the view from the balcony, after a long day at the beach we were playing cards all night on the balcony.
  : The rooms need some updates as they have a few damages. The cleaning team did a good job but unfortunately our towels had stains on them. The hot water has a crazy situation. One night we waited 20 minutes for it to come, another 1 hour and another just five minutes. We appreciate sustainability but is quite unpleasant after a long day to wait for the rest of the guests to turn off the water just so you can have some.

  : Good location for exploring Faro old town and getting to railway or bus station.

  : The hotel is in a great location. Not too far from the bay area. There are lot of restaurants close by. It is also close to the Faro Bus Station.
  : There was no tea coffee in the room.

  : It's a good place to sleep in if you need parking or staying on the middle of Faro. roadside-hotel quality, you pay the big bucks for being on a touristic place. Parking is good and not easy to find there.
  : So I was living on Faro for a few years, and I know the city and what to expect. I came back for the day for a sleep in while traveling, and checked out on this hotel for the parking. Hot water takes like 5 minutes of running water to start flowing (april-may, 25 degrees outside). We have called the reception and we were told, let it run for a while more as it is solar powered, and don't worry about the waster of water, we do recycle all the water). That gives me the idea of the public they are aiming for. There was a weird smell on the room, and like 10 flies lurking around. The toilet sit was kind of broken and slipped side to side. Beds and pillows were just roadside-hotel quality. Our room was not even close to the ones we saw on the pictures.
