  : I liked the location in a residential area - away from the tourist rush, but close enough to reach the centre in about 15 min on foot.
  : Some of the equipment (doorknobs and bathroom faucet especially) were fancy but not very practical.

  : The flat is in a quite area, close to the ciy market, the shopping centre and at least 2 big supermarkets. At 5 minutes walking distance, good places for breakfast and patisseries could be found. The City centre is only 20 minutes walk away. The airport is 15 minutes by car. The apartment is clean and fully furnished. The host was kind and ready to help. We could not really find a better choice for our stay in Faro.
  : The hairdryer was not in the flat. When we asked for one, however, the host was able to provide us with one the next day.

  : The photograph of the front of the building was deceiving. What looked like big open space was in fact a road with 3 lines of parked cars. Deceiving unfortunately

  : The house is close to many amenities, and it is a comfortable house.
  : Well, we had a TV but the TV was not working and there wasn't enough toilet paper.

  : Apartment itself was fine, nice location with stores and beach nearby
  : The personnel however was rude and unprofessional during check in. The apartment was not available for check in at the agreed time, so we were called (only when we arrived already) to leave our luggage and go out while the apartment was still being cleaned. After driving for more than 24hrs this is unacceptable. Alright - we left to wait for the lady to clean the apartment. Then she started shouting that the stay needs to be paid for cash on the spot. If something went wrong with the creditcard payment, there is a normal way to communicate this instead of being demanding and rude as if we wouldnt pay. She also demanded to be paid immediately as she needed to leave, while we were still outside killing time (as she instructed us to) waiting for the apartment to get ready. All in all a very negative and unpleasant experience at check in, this is not how you treat guests while in the hospitality industry. Wouldnt recommend because of this
