  : I liked the helpful staff on site to assist with travel or unexpected needs. The location with a sunny room and a balcony was very nice.
  : Getting in and out of the tub is difficult because the tub wall is high and there are no grab bars. You have to actually get in the tub to turn on the shower which is challenging too. You have a lovely sunny room for breakfast and then you offer the most bland assortment and presentation of breakfast options in a room that looks like a hospital cafeteria. You should take advantage of what you have to offer and make it more special. Everyday I would drink all the water from the pitcher in my room and everyday I would see if the housekeep would refresh the water. The housekeep didnt refresh the water, didnt clear away used dishes, and didnt replace towels.
