  : Unfortunately this property is quite a health hazard. On top of the constant musical melody of neighbouring dogs barking from effectively 21:00 every day to sunrise, which really interrupted our ability to sleep. A family member suffered an accident on the premises due to hazards on the premises and unsafe pathway that one has to tread to get to the property and got in touch with the owner who could not care less. What was more disappointing was that the level of assistance we expected with Booking.com customer services fell way short of what would be required. Never have we ever had such shoddy customer service before where despite the urgency of our situation we were promised calls back and then no one came back to get back in touch and we had to repeated call customer services, whose response was limited to ' we have tried to get in touch with the owner of the property but as they are not responding we cannot do anything.'
