  : The concept is great and facilities.
  : The spa was having maintenance work is so areas were closed. The therapist broke they arm the week before we arrived, or so we were told so treatments were cancelled. We booked the Yoga classes each morning, however they have no indoor studio.

  : Peaceful comfortable setting in a vineyard. Great amenities like pool and free wine tasting every evening . The units are large and being able to have a wood fire pit every night is lovely.
  : The fact that although there are several Tesla charging stations there is one for other vehicles and that is only used by the owner of the place - silly. Also our travel partners had a unit next to someone ( who apparently owns their unit - the owner again?) and keeps 2 dogs that bark a lot at people and at night. The staff were sympathetic but helpless to address.

  : My stay at this hotel was an absolute disappointment, and I feel compelled to warn other travelers about this experience. We usually dont get swayed by pictures, relying more on reviews, but its shocking how misleading both were.The room we received was not what we had booked dark and rundown, with dim light in the bathroom, sand in front of the apartment instead of grass, creating a dismal overall picture. Damaged curtains, stains on the sofa, and a broken fireplace completed this image. The contradiction between the posted picture of the room category and reality was evident; still, the hotel rejected any blame.Only on the next day was an upgrade made available, but also only available from 4 PM, the same applied to the room cleaning time. The better room, too, had many defects, and the poor service following our feedback only made things worse. No apology, no solution, only justifications.This so-called Vineyard Hotel promised knowledge of wine, but the staff evidently had no idea. The prices for the food were disproportionately high, and the room service was inadequate soggy fries, melted ice cream, and a fee of 15.The breakfast was average, and the staff was not professional. Furthermore, there were no proper alternatives outside the hotel. The online appearance promises far more than what is offered on-site this is definitely not 5-star service.Upon checkout, there was neither an apology nor any accommodation. We appreciate the concept and the idea, but unfortunately, it fails in execution. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Here, high expectations are created that are not met in any way.

  : The resturant food was not as advertised, but unfortunately there was no other choice in the area. Small & dark path rooms in our room.

  : The room was spacious and beautifully appointed: modern, great design, comfortable.
  : Its still a building site. To get to the main hotel building there is no direct path, rather a trek across an unfinished lawn. The attention to detail is poor. The minisafe in the room for example hadnt been bolted down, so anyone could have just picked it up and carted the whole safe off with our valuables insideneedless to say there was no point in using it. Dinner was, shall we say, confused with staff unable to explain courses and the somm not really on top of his brief or his wine list. In the restaurant at breakfast, it took 45 minutes and three orders just to get a coffee at the table and get the staff to set the table. It seems that the staff are not working like a well oiled machinejust yet. When we took the trouble to explain this to the front desk people, we were met with a rather lame ok we will tell the manager and a bit of scribbling on a piece of paper rather than addressing the matter in any meaningful way. These are all most definitely first world problems. But this place is top dollar in terms of room rate and menu prices, and if a hotel is charging these amounts it needs to be good. Or offer soft opening rates instead and explain in advance that its all being fine tuned and our input is invaluable. A hotel cant however have it both ways. Around the estate there are diggers building villas fully visible from the central hotelits not yet great. Though it could be down the line with a lot more work and thought applied.
