  : I was impressed with the greeting we got and the helpfulness of staff. As the previous reviews said, they were great. There is someone at the desk 24/7 and always with a kind word and advise. The breakfast was good. We were able to fill up for the day and the location in town is good for getting out to see eveything. The square outside was always full of people and often with music and even dancing! Really lovely town. We had a view since we were on the 4th floor of the top of the Church across the square, the room was cleaned daily and the bed was comfy.
  : We did not realize that the hotel in actually in Bragashopping MALL. It is just different actually not a negative. Something new and my GPS didn't help. There is a lift and when we figured it out, All was well. We were there early and they tried to accommodate our early arrival by giving us another room, but it had no view of anything, so we opted to wait for the one we were supposed to get. Everyone was nice about it. I did not like the room with no view-there are some.

  : The room was not quite like the one in the pictures. It was an older room with a pretty heavy scent of tabaco. The spring mattress was fairly old, just like the bathroom.

  : The entrance to the hotel is in a shopping centre, which is rather strange. The rooms are old and have no soundproofing. You can hear people talking in the other rooms. There were no hooks for clothes in the bathroom, the air conditioning was noisy and there was not enough light in the room. During our stay, the hotel was occupied by a group of young misbehaving people who made a lot of noise every night until 3am. We complained to the hotel staff every morning and unfortunately nothing was done. Despite the fact that the advertisement states that this hotel has a 24-hour reception, there was no one at the reception after 11 p.m. until the next morning, nor did anyone answer the mobile phone.
