  : The more senior staff member in reception is a charming lady who would offer assistance without the guest asking for it. Two cases which demonstrated her willingness to help: She offered to help with the luggage by accompanying us to the lift and even lifting the luggage up on a flight of four steps as that was how rooms on the second floor could be accessed. She also pointed out where to park so that in case it rains, we wont get drenched as we load our baggage in the compartment upon check out. She has a pleasant yet professional attitude towards her job.
  : The beds are not comfortable. In addition, I believe that the hotel should consider changing the pillows. The comforter had an odor like linens not dried well enough, thus a little sour smell. The floors on the common areas like the parts not covered by carpets are dirty.Another factor that I think management should look into is to train the younger receptionists on how to better communicate with guests. I once asked for toilet paper and the young receptionist asked me whether I was going to take it myself or if they should bring it to the room. In my many years of traveling and staying in hotels, that was the first time I was asked whether I should take the toilet paper myself.
