  : Location was good. Staff were responsive (when I messaged about some broken items, they asked if someone could come and repair them that evening). Elevator was a nice treat! The bed was decently comfortable. The sheets were clean. The towels were clean and large and the unit was quiet.
  : Many things broken or dirty when we arrived. Air con/heating did not work. Mould in the shower stall (not just in the grout, but on the tile etc). Kitchen amenities lacking (although we only stayed a couple nights, so did not affect us terribly). The place is SMALL (which we knew, from the pictures) but when booking, its not clear which unit you will get (some looked more specious than the others). The unit just seemed tired and like it needed a good clean and some TLC (the couch was open when we arrived because it was made into a bed, but under the sheets revealed it was quite stained. The IKEA furnishing just dont seem to be standing up to commercial wear. No extra pillows. There needs to be window shades under the sheets to darken up the rooms for sleeping.
