  : Paulo was responsive and lots of fun. The property was spacious and the area was quiet. We consider an enjoyable outdoor space of high importance in our selection of a property. The private back yard served this well.
  : We did not understand why we paid for the property in cash? It was a Booking.com rental. Does Booking.com not act as the administrator the fees for properties rented on their site? we would like a response to this question from Booking.com. thanks

  : Clean and peaceful house in a quiet neigbourhood with a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Paulo, the house keeper, is friendly and helpful. Excellent price-performance ratio.
  : The house, particularly the tile floor, is quiet cold in winter (individual rooms are equipped with heaters though). No carpets.

  : We did not expect to get a full house for our one-night stay. A fully equipped quite decent house! The value for the price was stunning and we were really happy to use the surprisingly provided facilities.
