  : Nothing, it is not really like the pictures. The house was cute but dirty and nothing was working

  : The location and the environment around the house it superb. It is very peaceful and it is close by a lot of services such as pharmacy or supermarket. The white sand beach is also a 10min walk distance. Troia is beautiful.
  : In what regards the house, it was very disappointing. The house looked almost abandoned with broken woods on the outside, a dead seagull in the backyard, broken blinds, uncomfortable and old mattresses and noisy neighbours.

  : The location is great, close to the beach and Troia.
  : The place was not very clean upon our arrival: Fingerprint everywhere (I need to use my own disinfectant with alcohol to clean the plugs and remote control), stains on the sheets, dirty windows, limestone in the bathroom, this is not good standards, especially during these times of corona virus! The check-in process is very long, you are only asked for your passport and your credit card without giving you any information about the accommodation or tourist information.

  : First off - the villa was beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The beds were the most comfortable and the bathrooms were huge. The outdoor space was relaxing. The location was very convenient to Comporta beaches, shopping and restaurants.
  : I know this is Covid time - but as I paid a high price there are a few issues. First off it was extremely confusing as to getting to the point of check-in. Very confusing. This is also where locals go to vacation - I am hoping to not sound like an ugly American - but the communication was a bit lacking. Even the directions to get to the villa was not the best. They gave us a map and I guess hoped for the best. The beach was located closer than we originally thought but we could not figure it out. We got our steps in :). For the price we paid, we were not allowed pool access. Once inside the Villa - they didn't even have salt or paper towels - we had to buy everything for our 5 day stay. Not event coffee. There were a million light switches - none of them actually in the room - that were also confusing to work. The wifi only works on the floor with the router - not on the second floor. Be careful of that or you will use your data. The reception needs to ramp it up a bit. I don't know if they need to hire more people but in this they are lacking. This is a resort - and the experience could be so amazing - but it is lacking when you are given a map and sent on your way without any explanation. We spent $500 a night - thats not cheap. Thankfully, the ability to get in the car and drive to Comporta made you forget this.

  : Fantastic location. Troia it's a nice place to rest and to be in vacations with the familly.
  : Air condicioner of the house didn't work. It was mentioned that the house has a pool but it has not! So we book the house thinking there's a pool and we didn't have one. The reception desk is at hotel Aqualuz and their service is very very bad. The notifyed me via email on the check-in day at 6pm saying that check-in should be made after 4pm. When arrived to the proprierty we had no idea we should go to this Aqualuz Hotel. At Aqualuz hotel there was a uge line to check-in and we were waiting for hours. Unbeliavable. I will not repeat this experience and that's pitty because the house is very nice.
