  : Casa Almarela is definitely in an excellent location. Aveiro is small so nothing is far away. Zita, the lady who welcomed us, was very helpful. Nearby street parking is available for 2 per day (it is important to go where Carmen or Zita say as other areas are more expensive and have limited time you can stay.
  : The rooms are comfortable and the shared facilities available are a bonus. No complaint about the costs - BUT - the description of the rooms should be changed as it is very misleading and incorrect: Room 1: Deluxe Suite - This suite has a seating area, dining area and kitchenware. Room 2: Junior Suite - This suite features a toaster, kitchenette and dining area. We had both 'suites' - why call them suites, they are simple rooms. The Deluxe suite was a little larger and had 2 'dining type' chairs (not what you expect when you read 'seating area', the Junior suite had a simple dining type chair. In the Booking.com information you read about the shared areas but the idea that these are suites with their own facilities is not correct.

  : Location of the flat is convenient to go around the town. Room was very clean and enough for 1 night stay. The host was nice, she offered us the fruits for free. There is a balcony and we could have breakfast there and enjoyed the sun in the morning. The bathroom is small but efficient. Definitely recommended.

  : We really enjoyed being at Casa Amarela. The appartment is well in the city center of Aveiro, the kitchen is completely equiped and we could cook and spare money, and we even got the whole house for us, because there were no other clients !

  : The room and toilet were very clean. It is very basic but more than enough for a couple of days!
  : I thought the room would be bigger and with a balcony

  : I enjoyed the living area with the small kitchen and the comfortable sofa in front of the "fireplace". The location of the place is very good, it is super central and you can easily walk everywhere.
  : The bed is a bit noisy whenever you turn around which can be quite uncomfortable. The noise insulation is not very good because the studio is in the basement and when people are walking around in the ground floor it gets very noisy downstairs.

  : Great value for money! Cheap and central with decent standards for someone who is not looking for luxury hotels. It is comfortable, clean and spacious - has two balconies (no specific views though), and steps from everything. Bathroom is small but nicely decorated.
  : For this price I'm quite happy with what I got
