Casa da Lavand’eira is an 18-century manor house with a chapel located in Ancede 4 km from Mosteirô Train Station in the Douro line. Surrounded by vineyards the property features an outdoor swimming pool. Each room has a flat-screen TV and either hardwood or tiled floors.
They all come with a private bathroom featuring free toiletries. Guests can enjoy breakfast daily in the bedrooms and in the balcony of Casa da Lavand’eira. Tasquinha do Penedo is the property’s restaurant open for large groups only and serves typical delicacies of the region as well as wines produced in the property.
The 24-acre property of Casa da Lavand’eira features hiking trails an antique car museum and a games room with billiards and a foosball table. The farm is 3 minutes’ driving from the Monastery of Ancede 5 minutes from the Douro River and 15 minutes from Baião centre.
