  : Wonderful location with picturesque views over the Tatry mountains. Modern hotel. Super-friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness in general and in the room in particular. Comfortable bed. Good facilities in the room (tea kettle, hair dryer, TV, freeze, safe, wardrobe). Exceptional breakfast with vast choice.
  : In the spa area, settings for the saunas could have been revised - one of them (which was meant to be humid) appeared too hot, whereas the one (which was supposed to be dry) was too cold. Other than that, nothing more to complain really.

  : The hotel has amazing views of the mountain range and the valley if you get the rooms with a view. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, you could get a hot meal from the menu in addition to the buffet. The mattress was nice and firm if that's what you like. The hotel is located 20 minute drive away from Zakopane.
  : The rooms were advertised as soundproofed - they are not. We could hear every word on the neighbors' TV, that was a big disappointment. There is also the bad smell in the room mentioned in other reviews. The sink is too small and the water splashes on the wooden countertop that was darkened and moldy. The bathroom has glass walls, which is an interesting choice and was expected from the photos, but the curtains only cover one side of it, so it's impossible to get full privacy.

  : Breakfast was amazing, but we regretted a bit that we booked half-board, as the a la carte menu seemed much better. That said, dinner was still good. We had two rooms next to each other, one of them was very spacious, the other not so much. Views from the terrace were beautiful. We really enjoyed the local beer selection in the bar and also the special winter warming drinks.
  : The bathrooms are just not practical whatsoever. There's glass wall around them and the curtains don't cover both sides, so it means you have to leave the room and use the public bathrooms if you want some privacy and that's just ridiculous. In the smaller room, there was only a bath tub and no showerhead, so the only option was taking a bath every day.

  : The staff spoke english, location is wonderful (hotel rooms offer excellent views to the mountains, but the hotel is still located in the village so its easy to get around). The restaurant offers amazing food, breakfast was absolutely delicious. Dogs are welcome for a fee. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place. Spa was also nice (sauna and steam room)
