  : I have booked the apartment for the days 26 to 29th of October. I informed customer service that the time of my arrival should be around midnight or maybe later. In that case, I got the information that reception wouldn't be able to leave me a key, but I would have the possibility to get into the apartment by entering a door code. When I arrived, I didn't manage to get into the apartment because the door code was invalid, or it was some technical issues. I tried to contact customer service, but I didn't succeed because nobody answered my call. I tried to write on WhatsApp when I had a communication with customer service before, but I didn't get help at that moment. So, I had to book another hotel during my stay in Warsaw. In this case, I demand a refund me the amount which I paid for the apartment and for the parking lot because I didn't have the possibility to use your service. Still, I didn't get any response. So if someone wants to lose money this is the perfect place for that.

  : The room was nice and comfortable. And the actual stay was pleasant and convenient with the distance from the concert hall being only 20 mins on foot. For the price I think it was a good place to stay for 2 nights.
  : Administration was very unorganised. I could not get into my room. During the online check-in I was not sent my room number or the code so I asked for the code myself but did not realise I had no room number. I arrived at 8pm so I had to ring them asking about it. It was solved very quickly with just a single call and the lady on the phone was very polite. I got all the information I needed, BUT please remember if you are going to stay here ask them to send you your room number AND the code to it over on booking.com or WhatsApp since it will save you a lot of problems, even if this is something they should sort out themselves.

  : Only location was good
  : As soon as we checked in our room, we witnessed that the bed sheet was not fresh, lots of human hair on the sheet as well as very tiny and uncomfortable pillows.

  : When choosing the apartment please note if the price include taxes and services. Because in big numbers they write the price, but extra 30 eur was added for service. For the amount I paid the room is too simple. Also, check in is at 16;00(!!) and check out 11:00. Maybe soon they will check in only for a night hours
