  : The location was good - very central.
  : The apartment was cold, with barely any heating. Customer support was difficult to get in touch with and unfriendly.

  : The location is great - that is the only thing we liked about the apartment. Also the fact that they let us check out later for an additional cost.
  : The place was dirty: layer of dust everywhere and hair all over the floor. We had to mope the floors ourselves. When we mentioned it to the host, we were told that we should had had contacted them first so they could send cleaning crew. First of all, hosts take about 8 hours to reply. Second, we already pay cleaning fee and expect clean apartment's. Also, there was not coffee machine or even coffee press - inconvenience for us. Poor customer service.

  : I wish its more clean there and facilities and furnitures are in better condition.Smell in bathroom.

  : On the pictures it looks nice but the appartment is quiet old. There were hairs in the bathroom on the floor.
