  : It was a bit difficult to find the office and the apartment (by car in the dark) even with the gps. Hard to park the car near the house.

  : The apartment is located in a nice and beautiful area. The apartment is comfortable and has a nice space.The bathroom had a clogged drain in the shower, however the staff was really nice and resolved it quickly.

  : Location is nice. However, the agency could not tell us upfront which of the given locations of the apartment was the correct one. We only received some standard reply with check-in info. Questions were not answered. They only sent us another link outside booking.com that contained misleading information (apartment is called "Sandomierska 2", but it is actually in Melsztynska 4.). Apartment is easily reachable on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator. The living room is quite nice with a direct connection (hole in the wall) to the kitchen. TV is old but ok. Hairdryer available.
  : We had to fetch the key far away from the apartment at the central office of the P&O agency at another metro station. Usually we were used to being welcomed by somebody, but this does not seem to be the practice here. In general, the service of P&O is very bad. Communication is insufficient or non-existant. Nobody was reachable via the given telephone number given on booking.com. The agency website states three telephone numbers. We found out that only one of these phone numbers actually works. There is no friendliness or feeling of staying with true local people. Cleanliness of the apartment needs to be improved significantly (dirty wall behind the couch, massive dirt under the beds, bathroom untidy too, vacuum cleaner seems to have been unused for quite some time). Despite the text handed out to us, there were no additional linen available in the cupboard. No additional towels were available. The dish-washer was actually not usable, looks nice on photographs, but it is not connected. The sofa in one room was old but ok. No additional keys available. More cutlery and at least a wine opener would be nice to have.

  : The location was really good. Kitchen equipment was not too bad. The size of apartment very good.
  : I've only booked this property as saw the beautiful pictures of modern block of flats and also modern inside of the apartments. Pictures are really great, catching the eye but in reality we were living I very old building. Nothing compare to the pictures from the booking website. We felt very bad about it but had to stay there as I was having an operation ose to this place. Not fair to people. Very disappointed :(
