: It is a big and nice flat with two quite large bedrooms. The overall atmosphere in the flat is very good and the location is also very good: I booked it for an event at the Warsaw School of Economics, which is only 2 minutes away from the flat. In case you want to visit the city centre you can directly enter the train and go there in about 10 minutes. Connectivity to the airport is also excellent. Given the check-in was very easy and the owning company easy to reach, I would consider this to be a very good value-for-money property.
: Cleaning was not perfect, although I would not say the flat was dirty. Its rather because of its size, and probably not many people have lived in there before. In case you want to visit only downtown or the Old Town, the location is not optimal.

: The staff was rude and condescending giving us information on how to check in and send money for the deposit and extra night we booked. I tried contacting them many times and finally after hours was able to reach someone from that company. The woman from P&O apartments I was in contact with kept sending us a link through which she wanted us to finalize the payment but every time I mentioned that we're having trouble with the link she kept either ignoring me or just repeating the same message in a very unfriendly tone, comments such as" it's all written there, can't you see? "" I told you this already... " You don't understand what I'm writing?" I tried writing in Polish and later when I explained I'm not a native, she toned down a bit but still she was not helpful to us at all. In the end we payed for the first 5 nights and the deposit (which finally we managed somehow and had bank confirmations to prove we did)we never received the access key to the apartment and ended up having to find a new accomodation upon arrival.My husband and I usually stay in rental apartments and during all these years never had experienced such rude and unprofessional treatment Highly not recommend this company!
