  : Directions were to a different address. When asked they said they can't change it on booking. Well, let guests knowin the booking confirmation, not after they have gone to thewrong address and then asked. Common sense.A lot of light at night. The blinds did not block out a lot of light.in order to switch them the other way you need a stall and topull the other cord. Still didn't block enough light out.A lot of street noise, even ear plugs didnt really drown out the noise.You have 4, 4! key pads to enter the apartment.

  : Great location. A beautiful, spacious apartment.
  : Communication could be better - it wasn't clear how to use the entry codes, had to guess for some time. We asked for laundry detergent since there was none, and the host said someone would bring it, but it never arrived - not a big deal since we could just go and buy it, but slightly annoying nonetheless. That being said, the host was very responsive. The other issue for us was that even though there is an elevator, you need to go up half a level by stairs to get to it. With a stroller, it was quite challenging.

  : Location (very close to the central station), clear instructions from landlord, good price for its location
  : Small apartment. I am very allergic to chemicals and dust, and there was renovation work at the side of this apartment. The window was open and there was dust and smell from renovation that came into the apartment, I felt very uncomfortable during the night and coughed from allergy a lot. The landlord should have provided this information for sensitive people like myself. The workers also started working at 7 the next morning! For those who will rent: the renovation work is going to continue for a while, please check with the landlord so you won't have problems like me.

  : Cleanness under question and smell of wetness, moreover it was cold outside that day, and really hard to increase the temperature in the apartment due to bad isolation.

  : The location of the property in Warsaw is very good.
  : The building is under renovation. Workers arrive early in the morning and wake you up. The entrance to the building is dangerous and looks like a real construction site. Very disappointing and also dangerous.

  : The Host is a criminal and Bookings is complicit. The host has multiple properties but puts all her photos on one listing, making it look fantastic, but wrong. Then I paid about $150 per day for 2 weeks for a premium apartment with a park-like setting from the window. Day of rental, I emailed the host to ask if i could leave my luggage there until the (late) move-in time of 5pm. NO. Booking sent me a reservation number and address. From a later email from the host, Bookings sent her a different reservation number to a different property that was a Studio Apt. The host at move-in time sent me to the address of the Studio. Bookings sent me to the address of the correct apart and entry codes. But trying to get in obviously wouldnt work because I was at the wrong apartment. A tenant tried helping me get in but of course, it wouldn't work. My tenant helper eventually called the host was then also confused and gave us the wrong codes again for my should-be apartment, but I was errantly trying to get in her studio apart. When I finally get in, I immediately texted the host and she basically said Bad luck; I already have your money. I called Bookings who are useless and have no real power over the hosts, and as always warnings of at least 24 hours to respond (which means they have no regular employees and are a shoestring org) but took 36 hours. By then I can't live in the apartment because it has a sewer gas leak. I leave for dinner because it is getting late. I open the large windows that open, not to a park, but to a main street in Poland with trams and wide lanes of noisy traffic. When I return from dinner, the apartment is filled with large flies attracted to by sewer gases. I try shoeing the flies out the window and trip over the corner of the bed that is very close to a chair also in the corner and fall on the hard floor and bloody my knee and elbow. Bookings offers me about $200 on an over $2200 bill.
  : First of all, there should be some contract or way to make sure hosts are correctly representing their property. Then Bookings needs to be an enforcer and not give funds to property owners until after the rental culminates. Bookings is complicit in my loss which I should sue over. Besides the money, the studio apartment had code violations, one an unlicensed and inexperienced plumber that I could easily see the cheap solution to a problem. The other was using a board of about 3x6 for a threshold that I tripped over every time I passed through the door. Cheap And I am 74 yo and lifting heavy luggage over a stupid fix to a threshold molding is beyond cheap and unprofessional. On top of that I had to open the window for fresh air because the a/c had not controller in the small apartment.
