: The location was good. There are good restaurants in nearby. The nearest tram stop is just 3 min walk and walk to the city center takes 10-15 minutes. The apartment was clean and the furniture were quite new. The bed was comfortable.
: We booked luxury apartment, but according to the pictures we got just a normal apartment whit a very small balcony without any furniture and no dining area outside. Garden view was like a joke. However the lady, who gave the keys said, that it is the luxury apartment. (we feel that we were betrayed) The apartment was not cleaned during our five days stay. Cleaning should be payed separately, but there was not prices available. As well there was no cleaning means for cleaning yourself. Also the drying rack was missing. There was one and half roll of toilet paper, one pill for the dishwasher, two garbage bags, no new towels or sheets etc. for five days. You should brig the garbage out yourself.

: We are travelling by electric car and to opportunity to charge the vehicle during the night is very a important criteria for choosing accommodation. According to Booking.com sorting Mennica residence has charging opportunities, but after arrival we were told by the personnel that the charging station is not working. We recommend every hotel with charging opportunity to tell how many and how fast charging stations they have and to add a photo to their page. The bed and especially the blanket was very narrow for a couple.

  : Nothing.
: We ordered a specific room after confirming its availability by phone. We received an apartment different than in the photos, with a much lower standard. Communication with the owner was unprofessional, vague and full of errors. To date, the difference in funds (the cost of both apartments) has not been refunded. Places to avoid.
