  : We liked the property and the location although we recommend the manager to purchase better sheets. The provided sheets were too small for the queen size bed.They also should have clearer instructions for accessing the location. Overall, a positive experience and we loved the location and the restaurants in the vicinity of the apartment.
  : 1. Bed sheets were too small, not the right size for the queen bed.2. The access code was not activated so we couldnt open the door. We needed to contact the operator for an alternative way of accessing the apartment.

  : Cleaning wasn't perfect. A lot of dusty elements.cutlery set is old and battered.mattress was dirty and a bit broken.I have requested cleaning lady to replace electric tea pot to a new one because...guess what, it was also dirty! She promised to handel it with management, but eventually my request was ignored. it looks like the management is so greedy that they did not dare to provide a sheet that completely covered the mattress

  : The staff support was really bad. We spent 45 minutes trying to find the apartment. I asked how to get into the fitness centre, and they replied 5 hours later with a yes

  : There were plenty of air conditioning units, and the location was pretty good. The directions to the apartments were off by a little bit, but not too bad. There were adequate facilities for sleeping.
  : The apartments werent clean, and I'm pretty sure there were some prints on the windows of people's hands and face. Ill let you come to the conclusion of what causes hand and face prints on the windows. Would have been better to clean the apartments more thouroughly. We also paid a pretty hefty sum for cleaning and towel refills throughout the stay. but we didnt get any of those things, which was really disappointing. I had expected better

  : The apartment was a good size.
  : For a 4 night stay we were supplied no spare garbage bin liners (the garbage bin was small) and 2 dishwasher capsules. It was not possible to wash the dishes yourself as there was not a plug to allow you to fill up the basin, nor a towel to dry the dishes. This explains why the dishes were wet when we first used them. As we were cooking daily we had filled the small garbage bin on the second day. When we requested additional bin liners and dishwasher capsules we were told we had to buy these ourselves. When we asked where we were supposed to empty the garbage they said they didnt know and we had to find out ourselves. You could not ask the hotel reception as they had a sign on the counter advising they did not provide assistance to apartment guests. The curtains for the windows were too small and did not cover the whole of the window resulting in us being woken early each morning due to the sunlight in the apartment. When we arrived in one of the kitchen cupboards there was an open salt packet which had split over the shelf.

  : no wifi no service at all from staff entry by key safe lock which was in poor light with the lock upside down! Finally got a security person to help put in the code but he struggled to see the numbers. Staff had never seen the property because they did not know where to dispose of the rubbish. They told us they were not a hotel but they said they were a hotel on their advertisement.
