  : there was only half a roll of toilet paper for 3 days. plenty of dust under bed. key from a front door fasten and working really hard in general. they cancelled my trip on booking even though money was collected, resulting in me not receiving the booking reward. different people were giving mixed messages on the line - deposit 1000zl per department; no deposit at all. at the end we didnt pay the deposit but it seems like a fraud.

  : The apartment was well equipped and clean. The apartment was a 5m walk to the nearest tram stop and a major shopping center and 10-12m for the city center by tram.
  : Because we arrived after 10pm we had to retrieve our apartment key's from a night duty officer. There was no door bell or busser to use to contact the night officer. I had a phone contact number but my phone was block from making calls. A stranger helped me and made the call which resulted in us getting the keys. It would not be hard for the apartment owners to have an intercom on the door, this would have made the situation much better. I also did not like the fact that ZaKou terminated my original booking , stating that my card could not be verified. This was not correct as my card was verified by Booking.com with my original booking, When I booked again with the same card, the price was doubled. Watch out for this underhanded way of operating.

  : when I booked through booging.com it was 94 euros. at reception desk I have payed 110 euros. wandering why ?? kinda robery :)
