  : First of all you can never contact them at the desired time I booked a room and never received an email back with details of how to access the place, after some time I tried to ring them no answer. So basically I paid for something which was not made available to me immediately. Regardless we managed to contact the owners after some time, and got the directions. We went out that night and were hoping to have a lay in but at 7 o clock in the morning someone started drilling near the apartment, so you could never even think straight it was so loud you couldnt even talk to a person next to you. We contacted booking.com and the woman tried to contact the apartments owners but again no answer they only rang back about 6 oclock!!! So imagine if you booked at 12 you would not get in it until 6 terrible customer service. On top of that we have logged in a complaint on Thursday with them still no reply! I would strongly advise to avoid this place as the views are not worth loosing your calm if something goes wrong! Avoid At all costs!!!

  : The location is perfect and the view is absolutely amazing. A lot of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. Both metro lines just outside the apartment, and of course tram and bus stops. Layout of apartment is good, it's nice and quite spacious for two people.
  : The apartment is nice but it needs a thorough upgrade and deep cleaning. The pillows are yellow and clumpy and the mattress is worn down, not comfortable. Only one normal drinking glass in the kitchen. The main lock on the door was broken so we had problems getting inside, which was not fun after a long day of traveling. After contacting customer service through the chat (could not get trough by phone) we were advised to only use the secondary lock.
