  : The hotel is really nice and have a lot of good facilities. The staff is very nice but the girls are working so hard in the restaurant. The breakfast was nice. The SPA facilities were nice but water was a bit too cold in the pool. We were with 2 kids and for them was quickly cold in water. The saunas were great but open from 19:00 which is way too late for the people who are coming for a break with kids and need to wait all day long to use sauna. The location is excellent close to the sea. But I would go back :)
  : I didnt like waiting time when ordering food in restaurant till you actually get it... The staff is so nice but you see that the girls were overloaded with work. We had an issue as one of the ordered dishes was not delivered.. When we got the bill I have mentioned that actually something was not delivered (we asked 2 times that the dish was missing). The waitress couldn't change the bill as it was already printed in fiscal cashier. She got really stressed and wanted to pay by herself- which we didn't allow as she really worked so hard. There is always a way to cancel the bill in the system and adjust to correct one...The staff is not informed how to amend the bill and change if something is put incorrectly..
