: 1. Door to the room was tremendously difficult to close and open.2. The toilet flush button was broken and kept falling away from the wall.Seems odd that this was not fixed as the cleaning staff must have noticed it.

: Coffee during breakfast. Aqua center is great for kids. Nice cafe on the 4th floor (but do sth with the aircon - it was freezing there!). Location is great - very close to the beach, and 15mins walking distance to the harbour. Room was nice.
: Breakfast gets boring quickly. Buffet dinner - kitchen is too slow to "refil" dishes, poor selection of cakes/sweets, poor selection of starters and salads. Too much concrete in the outdoor pools zone. Kids indoor play area a bit small for this size of hotel. Terrible lifts - better take stairs if you value your time during vacation. WiFi - invest in the hardware!

: Good location, modern design, amazing breakfast buffet
: Disappointed with the service of this so called 4 star hotel (in some aspects barely worth 3 stars). Cleaner half heartedly made up our beds leaving the decorative cushions on the floor. Didnt change the towels which were on the sink, didnt empty the bin, didnt bring anymore body wash etc. At breakfast there is an outside area which most adults without children used because it was quieter than inside, nobody came to tidy the tables, plates were stacking up everywhere. Staff in general seemed annoyed and in a bad mood, hardly greeted guests or showed any interest in them. Last, the hotel charges for everything. Bathrobes have to be paid for, outside parking is not included despite the hotel being situated in a remote location with plenty of space. It was nice for a spontaneous weekend get away but in my opinion the hotel severely overcharges for the service it offers. Wouldnt come here again or recommend it.
