: The atmosphere was very good. It looks really nice in there.Kitchen was good enough to prepare some food.Everything I needed was close from the apartment. Check-in was well managed.My stay was quiet and calm.Good internet connection.
: The apartment was way too cold. Heating did not work and there was not even another blanket to cover up with.The stairs were way too hard to climb.Noisy floor (but I was upstairs so never mind for me).When I arrived there was someone else's hair in the toilet.

: We had check in time as 14:00 and we waited 2 hours in front of the facility, the owner didnt reply our phone calls. We tried to reach her for an hour and called customer service. They also couldnt reach her and told us they will get back to us with a solution within 30 mins.They didnt.Then lady called us back somehow at the end of 2 hours and said she didnt have phone signal. She is running 4 apartments in the middle of the city, very interesting excuse.When we entered the flat, it was quite chilling and my partner is pregnant. We called her again and she said it is a standard setup, and she said she will increase the heating to compensate our delay. Then she increased, we went to dinner. When we back in the evening the flat was cold again, seems like she dropped the heating again somehow. We didnt see her at all, she is controlling the heating system remotely. It was really unpleasant stay, altough we explained that my girlfriend is pregnant it is incredible that she dropped the heating again.I definitely dont recommend this place.
