  : No advance info on key hand-over; left multiple messages and called repeatedly until feedback reached me. Key was inside building but instruction did not relay keypunching sequence to enter building — received code but not what keys to press before and after. Others entered and we walked in.Internet access was horrible. No log-in info availed upon arrival. Only after multiple message and phone call was password to adjacent apartment’s modem provided on second day, it was slow and did not avail option to log-in multiple gadgets. Bathroom had drain problem creating constant stench throughout with no bathroom window to vent to outside.

  : Most of the basics were there
  : For 2 people in the apartment for 4 days there was only 2 white bath towels. We could not wash them as there was no washing machine. We contacted the service provider by text on Saturday evening asking for clean towels. The response was ok. On Sunday we sent a message saying we are still waiting for towels there was no response whatsoever until we left. We were completely ignored.This one situation spoiled what could have been a comfortable stay.The keys were left under the door mat. Someone else could have got there before us and taken things out of the apartment. So hopefully this did not happen because we can not know if something could have been taken before we got there
