  : First thing is that hotel doesnt provide you full equipment when it come to using spa and pop facilities. We didnt have slippers since my experience with hotels that own pools is that they always provide you them. Front desk wasnt helpful in this case at all. We heard that we cant do anything and when I asked where I can buy them Ive heard we are far from city center so I dont know. In the end I had to order taxi and go to center which made me loose and hour of time (very inconvenient since we could check in at 16:00 and all of the propertys facilities like pool, spa, restaurant or bar closes at 20:00). Restaurant is not a restaurant, its simple cafeteria. Rooms do not have minibar so basically or room service so basically after 20:00 you have no food or drinks available. We had to call and ask for WiFi password because this one wasnt provided on room keys or whenever in room as well. Room was quite clean but service should pay attention to details. Calc in kettle, hair in shower, scrapped walls and visible dust on shelves. Another thing is that you have to walk all the way from your room (two hallways and two elevators) to the main entrance (where is everyone including non hotel guests) in your robe if you want to enter pool. This is very uncomfortable experience. Pool and spa facilities are public, so non hotel guests can use it as well. Whole experience was very unpleasant especially when you have to pay 150 for it. Wont recommend it to anyone. Bad experience.

  : Good breakfasts. Pool and sauna included in the price. Big and comfortable apartment (3 bedrooms). Friendly staff.
  : Do something with the flies! And fix the water park attractions. The lazy river and one water slide were not available.

  : Half of facilities is not available or broken. Poor communication from the staff in terms of what's available or not. It's a shame that the place has been built not so long ago, but it is in such disrepair and lack of attention. On pictures looks great... but in my opinion those are from just after complition of the object. If you get a great deal it's fine, otherwise go somewhere else.

  : Especially terrace was in a horrible condition. There was no play are for kids only old wooden house. One restaurant only buffet. Breakfast was nice. No bar are you hang out. Pools were ok. Kids have fun The property looks much better on photos then in reality.
